David Kirkup, CEO

David Kirkup heads CapAlt Payment Solutions as CEO. With more than 20 years in the insurance industry and 35 years of professional business experience, Kirkup is using his entrepreneurial expertise to ensure CapAlt Payment Solutions’ long-term success.

Formerly a partner with national CFO outsourcing firm, B2B CFO, Kirkup has served as COO of a risk management consulting company, captive controller at Marsh Bermuda, manager of international captives for a group of Fortune 500 companies, and the CFO of the $1 billion Major Accounts Division of Zurich Insurance.

Kirkup holds a degree in Management Science and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants certification, as well as the Associate in Risk Management.

Jon Aronson

Over the past 22 years Jon Aronson has successfully worked with thousands of merchants, dozens of industry associations and several merchant service processors, issuers, financial institutions to increase their business-to-business and business-to-customer relationships across the United States.

Aronson’s success stems from his ability to develop, implement and manage high volume affinity and transactional campaigns across multiple platforms. He consistently creates new streams of recurring income for his clients resulting in a consistent increase of revenue year over year; at the same time measuring portfolio growth, compliance, field/ internal operational systems, and marketing campaigns.

His background includes experience within the banking industry, business ownership, management, and industry business planning processes. Jon has served as project manager on dozens of ventures over the past 22 years and as a strategist to super regional, independent and community banks.
